Default 1991 Hydraulic Clutch Pedal Problem

My 91's clutch isn't working properly. When Pressed down it was very easy, and when down it didn't come back on its own. I bled the system and the pedal got harder while being bled, once the bleed screw was closed though it slowely started the same syptoms. Any sugestions on what to do. I checked on the master and slave and they are 75 and 120 dollars. Where would I get the line, from a Ford dealer or junkyard? Any tips on how to check for leaks in the line, like cover it in _______ and look for bubbles. I figure it has to be something that can go into the system. Also how does the line come off the slave and master?

You did not say anything about the engine size. I looked up a 4.9 5 speed. For the Slave cyl the Wagner part# is F126890 The clutch line is Dorman # 628-203 and the Master cylinder Coni-Seal part # is CM117053. Price those out and let me know what they quote you. I can sell parts pretty cheap and might be able to beat the local guys price.
