I would say that you are high on your asking price. Yes it is a 4x4 but it is a 5.0 (weak-ish) and a regular cab. You did not divulge the mileage but from your pics, I would guess around 100k-150k.
I know the "Nite" is not a common option, but that doesn't mean it is any more valuable than a normal 1991 F150 4x4- wich are rather common. The "Nite" was just a few decals and a different (slightly) instrument cluster. Hardly considered collectable.
You will probably not get that kind of money for it judging by the pics (wich is all someone on here will go by) unless it is just dirty. Still $4k is high by about $1k. You should ask $3k for it and be happy with that if you get it.

yeah i agree not to be an *** but regardless of it being a "nite" it still is a 91 and im assuming it has alot of miles and all the nite really is is afew stickers and afew blacked out parts i would lower the price atleast a grand and you might have better luck like i said im not bashing the truck at all just trying to help you out in the sale i mean my 89 is an xlt lariat with all the bells and whistles power everything sunroof cruise control etc etc and 10" lift with headers back true dual exhaust/cam with 37" tires and i cant get anyone to buy it for 3500 cos it has miles on her and it is hooked up!!
