My rattle can paint thread on my new truck. So far what it looks like. That bed panel took 1 1/2 cans of duplicolor metallic flake blue auto paint. $4 a can its a cheap paint job lol

What I would do is throw a clear coat on top of that, shouldn't look to bad.

I did my hood like that. Sand down to metal, then primer and paint.

End result...

I am clear coating it. Then putting a Bedliner along the wheel wells about a inch or two wide and the rocker panels along with the bed

When it's done I'm giving it to my brother. He's getting ready to turn 16 and actually wants it. SI I'm fixing it up for him.

Thanks it's a work in progress for a $300 truck. Once I get my new sander ill finish sanding the drivers side of the cab.

Thanks after painting it I noticed a bunch of spots needing sanding again!!!! Fuuuu.... So tomorrow it's getting sanded with 50 grit 60 grit isn't doing good enough.
