I tested all of the fuse links in he engine compartment, found a burned one and replaced it. Fuel pumps primed up, and it fired right up.

On my truck there is a bundle of fuse links to the left of the battery. (Standing in front of the truck).I used a volt meter and probed each link before, and after the "fuse" in the middle. The one that was burned was obviously for the fuel pump.
