Default 1989 5.8L F150 Wont Start

I have a 1989 F150 with a 5.8L. When I last drove it, it ran great. Parked it, and a week later it won't start. I do not hear the external pump prime the system when I turn the key. So, I replaced the EEC Relay, fuel pump relay, replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter. I also checked the fuel cutoff inertia switch..it wasn't tripped. I also checked all the fuses. I also cleaned the terminals on the battery. Cleaned the relay connectors. Still will not start. Any ideas, suggestions?

Use a voltmeter to ensure you are getting voltage at the pump, if yes find where it's grounded to the frame and clean it up with sandpaper until the eyelet and frame are shiny, use a wire brush on the bolt. If you don't have voltage then trace the wires looking for a broken or frayed section. If nothing is found try jumping the red wire to the brown wire on the relay.

I'm assuming the starter is turning? Do you know when the starter was last replaced?

Yea, it's turning over just fine. Starter was replaced about 2 months ago.

You don't need one. Read the sticky at the top of this section.

Tried it, the CEL didn't even come on. I looked at all the fusable links, and none of them would stretch apart so I am assuming they are good. I will get a voltmeter tomorrow and check for sure. I'm starting to think the PCM went bad?

Well i had this happen. it would turn over crank, had fuel sometimes and it turned out to be a bad pcm with a fried capacitor. Replaced it and the truck fired right up.
