Default 1987 ford f150 starting problem

I have a truck that runs but dont start. the starter seems like it doesnt have enough power to turn the engine it has a good battery in it new wires new solenoid its been haveing this problem fo a while the owner replaced the starter and it worked and then stoped working same with all the new parts is it a bad conection or is it the tfi if it has one or the computer. any ideas or you think it is just dieing from the baterry but i dont understand why it wouldnt crank over if it had a new batery?

Thanks Tom
