Have to tried switching o2's w/ one that isn't throwing the heater circuit code to see if it might just be the o2 itself? I'm not that versed on OBD-2's. I'd disconnect the battery & clear the KAM if it was OBD-1. But on OBD-2's, I believe that's a no-no! The PMC (or ECU) is usually behind a kick panel in thr cab. I'd check the passenger side first. When I've had a WTF problem in the past, I just wander into the service bay's at a Ford dealer, ask who works on emmissions contol systems & ask them! I've yet to be thrown out, bit, yelled at , or hit w/ a broom. Works for me! Tell them what's going on, what you replaced, and what they think. Right after lunch is a good time, quittin time's the worst. Might be something simple.

Try under the seat. It ain't in the engine compartment, or the bed!

We can also eliminate it being in the doors or on the ceiling.....

Typically, it's behind the drivers kickpanel, BEHIND the emergency brake... (If memory serves, I could be waaay off.)

Because they figured it would be the last place you'd look & it's better than putting it where the stereo is? Are you going to check the circuit for continuity from the return path pin? do you need the pinout legend? After most of the fire scorched hills mud slid down onto the roads, we're done w/ rain for a while.
